Summary: Poemir is sold as a one-time purchase through the App Store — no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no Poemir accounts. Apple's standard license agreement governs your use of the app. What you write is yours.

Who We Are

In these terms, "we" means the developer of Poemir — the seller named on Poemir's App Store listing. "Poemir" means the Poemir app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and this website.

License to Use the App

Your use of the Poemir app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). Poemir does not have a separate, custom license agreement. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the Standard EULA.

Purchase and Refunds

Poemir is sold as a one-time purchase through the App Store. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. To request one, use Apple's Report a Problem page. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Your Writing

You own everything you write in Poemir. We claim no rights to your poems, essays, journals, lyrics, notes, scripts, or exports, and we do not receive them. How your data is stored and synced is described in the Privacy Policy.

Writing Assistance

The words in your writings are the ones you choose. Poemir contains no generative AI that writes content for you. Apple Writing Tools proofread is an optional Apple system feature, off by default, and used only when you enable it and ask for it.

The content of this website is provided "as is" for general information about Poemir, without warranties of any kind. Features, screenshots, and descriptions may change as the app is updated.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
