Data Collection

Poemir collects no personal information of any kind. This includes:

No analytics or usage tracking
No advertising identifiers
No crash reporting to third parties
No user accounts or registration
No location data
No contacts, photos, or other device data

Data Storage

All poems, settings, and preferences you create in Poemir are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device except through iCloud sync, which is managed entirely by Apple.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Poemir uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your poems across your devices. This sync is:

Managed entirely by Apple's operating system
Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
Controllable through your device's iCloud settings

Poemir does not have access to your iCloud credentials and cannot read data from other apps.

Third-Party Services

Poemir uses no third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. All word banks, rhyme dictionaries, semantic engines, and other language tools are bundled within the app and operate entirely offline.

Children's Privacy

Poemir does not collect any data from any user, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be included in a future app update.
